The Heba Diffuser is a designed to be placed on the end of the hookah down-stem to diffuse the bubbles into many smaller bubbles that are filtered through the water. By creating more bubbles, the hookah smoke is filtered more by the water. The increase in surface area creates a scrubbing affect that cools the smoke faster, and if you are using a flavored liquid base it will increase the flavor in the smoke. This is truly a great product to check out! This is a must have for the arsenal of any hookah aficionado.
